Lots, make that TONS of hype over BCC, to some extent unjustified…Forming a Supergroup doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be releasing the album of the year, does it?
Also, one of the rare times I feel a record would benefit had it been shorter, say by 10 minutes.
[My suggestion? Lose “The revolution in me” -IMHO, a filler- and perhaps condense the closing track “Too late for the sun”]
As I was telling a friend over the phone earlier, you hear one song -doesn’t matter which, any one will do- and you go WOW!
But after finishing listening to the entire album, the initial excitement/thrill/*OMFG I can’t believe my ears* state somehow subsides…
Weird, huh? Kind of “it grows on you” in reverse o.O
The verdict:
7★ out of 10.
I can think of many Glenn Hughes’ solo albums I enjoy more – some guest appearances of his (the list is literally endless) too…

Just for the record though, the Filefactory link is still active – for how much longer, I can’t say.
The problem is FF recently changed their policy regarding free users.
