Looks like the DVD is damaged:
(Highly) Unlikely.
Try updating WinRAR to the most recent version – final build, NOT beta.
[FYI, the archive in question was compressed with v4.01 x64]
You may also want to read this.
Hint:
If the md5 checksums match [that is precisely why I include them under the DL links], the RAR is intact 100%.
