Thanks for this. Was huge Mr. Big fan back in the day but lost track after the original line up disbanded. New album is OK as well, but the classic tracks are excellent.
Grabbed the stuff in lossless and will comeback later for the DVDs (take your time). Yep it takes too long to upload on the server, that’s why I don’t do it (ahemmm)

Right. Do you want the long or the short version?
Never mind, I’ll post both.
1. The long version
Under each part’s mirror links you’ll find the respective MD5 checksums.
Those alphanumeric strings are NOT decorative, they serve a very specific (and important) purpose:
To verify that the file you just downloaded is indeed intact
In order to check an archive’s integrity, you’ll need a MD5 check utility.
Personally I’m using winMd5Sum,
but there are many other similar tools perfectly capable of performing hashchecks – half of them are portable and *freeware*, just google “md5 checker” 😉
Once you run the programme, it’ll only take you a few seconds to compare the 2 hashes.
Depending on the result, you’ll know with absolute certainty if the file is intact.
If the sums are identical it is (and you have nothing to worry about), if not then something went wrong and you need to fix it.
[Alternatively, you can try downloading the archive in question again – preferably using a different mirror]
Which brings us to…
2. The short version
Using the latest stable built of WinRAR [currently version 4.01], open the rar then go to Tools and choose “Repair archive” (or simply press Alt+R)
Thanks to the recovery record included, the programme will repair the corrupt archive and you you’ll be able to extract its contents the usual way 🙂

Burn it on a DVD±R yes, but not as an ISO image. I’ve already converted the original mpeg2 stream and therefore it’s pointless 😐
