If you enjoyed the previous album, “This is not a drill”, you’re going to LOVE this one.
I should probably note the proportions have changed a bit.
“2005” leans more towards late 80s Whitesnake sound, rather than Queen; I’d say it’s 70/30 in favour of “1987”/“Slip of the tongue”.
In fact one should be deaf not to recognise the patterns Valensia is using in some of the songs.
There is a “Crying in the rain”, a “Still of the night” and so on but not to such an extent as to constitute *Plagiarism*…
