In case you’re wondering:
Tracks #16 & #17, both entitled “Soulspace”, are merely 1:16 minutes of silence.
Don’t blame me, some bands tend to do that (and I must say, it pisses me off!)

FLAC file is corrupt. It downloads and starts to uncompress then errors out.
Please fix.

Upon reading your message I used JDownloader 2 to download the archive in question and after testing it, the report came out clean.
 

 
… which means the problem is on your end.

3 simple steps to solve the issue:
a. Always use the latest, official, WinRAR (or 7-Zip) version to extract.
b. Run the checksums (MD5 or SHA-1, either of them will do fine). If the numbers match, the file is integer. PERIOD!
and finally
c. Make sure you’re using the *correct* password.
