Love this album, my favourite with Dio on vocals.

Very grateful to you for your work, but in this case, both files downloaded from Solidfiles.com will not open – tried three different archive applications and all say the files are not true .rar files?

    Templar :

Very grateful to you for your work, but in this case, both files downloaded from Solidfiles.com will not open – tried three different archive applications and all say the files are not true .rar files?

Just checked the 2nd disc RAR myself and the archive is intact.
State your Operating System & the applications you tried – make sure to include their versions.
3 different programmes to extract and none of them works?
You must have broken some kind of record here…

Incidentally, you could have easily confirmed the RARs integrity by merely comparing their checksums.
Downloading the same file multiple times just to rule out the possibility of a glitch/hiccup/whatever is a waste of time.
You run the numbers and you instantly know where you stand.
It’s either black or white – Isn’t computer science great?

Wow. Thanks for the sarcasm – don’t think I actually deserved that.

OSX 10.7.5, RAR Expander v0.8.4, UnRarX v2.2 and Stuffit Expander v12.
Sorry, but checksums mean nothing to me, I’ve not come across the term until now. Guess I spend more time listening to music than checking 0s and 1s.

Oh, and I broke your record again – Unarchiver v3.6.1 doesn’t open your ‘intact’ files either.
    Isn’t politeness great?

Thanks, I’m about to buy it and just wanted to make sure that the live version of “Master of insanity” [7:39] contains “After all (The dead)” too.
One more reason to have it.

Hi, Templar, know this is old, but maybe still relevant since I just found it and plan to download.
Mac Unrars tend to not be very smart when it comes to password protected archives.
I found RAR Extractor Free, from the Mac App Store to work just fine.
I had a moment’s pause when I saw the developer, but it is working properly.
