No, but if you search for it I’m sure you’ll find a lossless rip of the Japanese edition in either FLAC or APE.

For those (like me) interested in burning this to a CD you need to make a few changes to the “Mr. Big – What if.cue”.
On the .cue file, track 4 is named “Nobody takes the blame” instead of “Nobody left to blame”, open the cue file in text editor [e.g.Notepad] and change the 2 lines mentioning this song and it should work just fine…
