If one thing pisses me off is realizing that the exact same album has been released under a different name and/or cover depending on the continent/country etc.
It’s confusing and unless you’re careful, it could lead to unnecessary expenses…
According to this Wikipedia article, “Down incognito” was originally released in 1998 by the Japanese label Domo Records.
A few more issues followed using different titles, “Another way” (for the Japanese market again!) & “Made by hand”.
Is the track listing the same? Who knows? I, for one, can’t tell.
What I can vouch for is that (judging from this artwork scan) there is at least one more European edition issued by Frontiers Records.

Bottom line:
As much I like love Kip Winger‘s music, I hate having to search the entire Internet to decide which pressing I should go for, cross check every detail etc.
Let’s try to keep it simple from now on, could we? or is that too much to ask?
