    Golgotha: The brainchild of one Karl Foster who is solely responsible for… well, almost everything.
    This bloke was an active member of the NWOBHM scene yet both “Unmaker of worlds” and the follow-up “Symphony in extremis” bear little resemblance to the former genre.
    Defining what exactly they play is difficult. I’ll suffice to say it’s dark, moody and even eerie at times but not particularly heavy (at least to my ears)
    The reasons I picked Golgotha from the vaults are not strictly related to music.
    To be perfectly honest it was the name (Holy week, remember?) that reignited my interest and the fact that someone (long, long time ago) requested them (better late than never I guess)
    Plus, in this part of the world these releases are pretty rare, so there you have it.
    ► Wait, is this an indirect way of saying you’re not exactly thrilled by the music?
    Ehmmm, that would be affirmative. On the other hand, I happen to know certain people who share a different view…
