I’m not going to bullshit you.
This has got to be my least favourite [*diplomatic term*] TNT album.
Should have checked for a *free downloadable version* beforehand but I didn’t. But who can blame me? Brand new cellophane sealed copy, possible rare and at a fair price [all that on eBay], thought I couldn’t go wrong and rushed to close the deal.
After listening to it for a dozen times or more, I can safely say it didn’t live up to my expectations.
Sometimes you need to spend a bit more time and the music eventually grows on you – not in this case I’m afraid.
Bottom line:
If you’re looking to complete the discography, save this for last.
6★ out of 10 and that’s lowest rating I ever gave to any Tony Harnell release 😐

Thanks brother.
God bless.
My 2 cents quickly:
The first half is classic TNT [songs 1-6]. The second half is somewhat more experimental and strange.
The CD explodes with “Firefly” – you might blow your speakers!
“Angel ride” through “Months of Sundays” is classic melodic TNT. Perfect up to this point for me.
I believe Ronni Le Tekrø sings on “Only the thief”, “Moonflower” and “Cool it”.
Pretty strange stuff here especially the first two. These songs feel out of place and ruin the flow of the CD.
[Years ago I picked up Ronnie’s solo effort “Elephant strings” as an import. The strangest stuff I have ever heard and a big disappointment. The above three songs sound like they came from those writing sessions]
“Heaven’s gone” and “Sunless star” are pretty good with Tony Harnell back on vocals.
“Soldier of the night” I believe was a left over from “Realized fantasies” [John Macaluso is on drums], but could easily belong on “Intuition”.
A solid ballad type TNT song.
