Westworld’s best album by far. Both studio follow-ups, “Skin” & “Cyberdreams” are very good as well, but this here contains two tracks many MAJOR Hard Rock bands would envy.
I’m referring of course, to “Bring the water to me” [the mandolin certainly adds a special touch] and the semi-ballad “Ivory towers” [another example of how divine Tony Harnell sounds]; I consider those two all-time-classics.
Overall this release is better than some TNT & Riot albums altogether – and may I remind you I like BOTH bands a lot…
In a nutshell, a must have.
Bought it on eBay [one of those OutOfPrint Japanese pressings, second hand yet in mint condition] at a reasonable price.
Search the web, I believe you can still find a copy for yourselves…
Sophomore album, “Skin” [again, Japanese import inc. a bonus track] will be posted within the next week 😉
